 26th September to 2nd October 2005

Plasterers back in and this week saw the remaining rooms and some of the landings finished on the top floor.  It really does make a big difference the place does almost look like a house!

Whilst Steve and Rich were doing their thing we were down in the basement covering the insulated false walls with a vapour barrier and then plasterboard.  Hopefully having run the necessary cables behind them.....

There should have also been a bit more progress on the drains but machine breakdowns put the dampers on that.

Hopefully next week we'll start on the heat pump pipes - 165m of trench in the fields..1.8m deep.... plenty of scope for fun even without the possibility of rain!!  Someone tell me why am I doing this??
