 14th to 20th November 2005

The plastering is almost all done - just a day more to finish off all the odds and ends - although we need to do some prep work prior to Steve and Rich coming back.

A lot of this week has been painting - sealing the plaster with a wash coat and then topping off - even got a couple of rooms with colour on them!  As well as that we have been getting rid of the scaff from the main stair well - it looks great now, wiring in downlighters and even putting in the back door.

The frost wasn't too bad as the house holds the heat very well but not having water for a couple of days did make life interesting.

In the background are a million decisions - kitchen, bathroom, hot water tanks and so on makes life very interesting and tiring!
