Apologies for no new photos - the tarps mean you can't see any different and laziness/weather mean I'm not taking them off to take new photos!

Yet more on the roof although it does now feel like we're making progress - albeit slowly.

The rear section of the roof was joined to the main section by making valleys and work started on the hipped roof at the front, replacing the false chimney.  Also most of the internal walls in the loft and gable ends were finished off.  The main roof was brought back to true by nailing on fillets of treated timber and restraint straps fitted on walls and gables.

On Thursday the first delivery of windows arrived - no we are not ready from them and yes I thought I would be but there we go.....  They're from Vrogum in Denmark and they look great - but heavy!  Luckily we found somewhere reasonable to store them.

Looks like we might start felting soon.
