This week has been the week of underordering.

Rendering started but so far I have been short of three different things - all my fault in trusting the manufacturers coverage figures rather than double checking with the renderer.  No major problems because of it but a pain.

Whatever the base coat is nearly all on and it is nice to see the end of the lath - it is very sharp and not at all nice to play with.

Whilst the renderer was busy outside we ran coax, phone wires, started putting back boxes in place for all of the sockets and did some more on the false ceilings in the basement.  whilst in the basement I noticed a small damp patch - rather strange as that room has been bone dry for months - anyway we'll get it looked at and sorted - better to find it now rather than in a couple of months time!
