 27th June to 3rd July 2005

Despite being one short for most of the week and rain being a common visitor we still managed to get a lot done this week.

All of the top floor is ready for UFH pipes, we've run the UFH risers in the top floor, two thirds of the ground floor is ready for UFH pipes and we've exposed the water supply pipes ready to replace them with the correct size (oops), got the front of the drive by the house at the correct level and draining and dug and laid the main foul water drain from the house to the septic tank - awaiting inspection on Monday morning.

Still loads to do of course but working on the floors means we have to clear each room which, although dusty, leaves us with empty rooms and much more space - about time to find some cats one thinks!

It was also strange to have the upstairs landing clear of scaffolding for the first time - it's a nice, light space - can't wait to see it finished.
