25th to 31st July 2005

This week has been very much like the last couple - putting back boxes in the ground floor, building stud walls in the basement and against the back walls, and working on drains ( albeit rather delayed due to rain).

Still had some remedial work in the basement and the rain actually helped this as it made the problems easier to see and hence fix - almost there now....

The major change was that we also managed to start putting up the plasterboard on the ceilings of the ground floor.

It is all moving but from close up it feels sooooo slow sometimes.  Oh yes - a spetic tank turned up and went straight back - wrong one again!!
