18th to 24th July 2005

As the screeding seems to be slightly later than expected we're using the time to get a head start on some of the other tasks - mainly first fix wiring (back boxes in the main) and building false walls.

Loads more on drains - plus a few hiccups - water pipes left out plus a joint that split when we refilled the trench - of course it was the last possible joint to check when we noticed the blockage during testing but we've found it and it is being sorted.

The septic tank arrived and then went straight back on the lorry - a bottle one had been sent not the horizontal one we had ordered.

Oh - and I spent ages in the basement sorting out stuff we should have done properly in the first place.......... one day I'll learn
