 13th to 18th June 2005

This week started off very much like the past two weeks - sprinkler system - desperation was setting in as we cycled between pressuring up the system and finding more leaks, fixing them and finding more (which had been OK previously)..... suddenly (as these things tend to ) it sorted it self out and we have a system that held 15 bar for a few hours without a drip coming out.  There was much relief!

But.... this was knock on the head by the next job - pushing rockwool into the bedroom ceilings to cut noise transmission from the loft - not particularly hard but with the weather being warmer and the nature of the material it wasn't a very nice job.

We're now almost ready for putting the ceilings up in the bedrooms and have also starting finishing off the blocking at the top of the stairwell.  This has been a point of access for the top of the void and a method for getting long items up into the loft - I hope we have finished with the latter!!
