Given how I thought the week was going to be it wasn't too bad - last week I was left with 2 concrete pumps booked, scaffolding going up and no labourer.  Managed to handle both pumps so now all of the cavities are filled (minus the last noggins to fill by hand).  The scaffolding would have gone up but the firm cried off.  This left a very useful day to do nothing but paperwork and sort out the next floor, roof, render and so on.

The major change this week is that the stone has started going up and it looks great.  Stonecraft, the firm we're using are doing a great job - not super rapid but quality is top notch.

Next week is chasing permission to use a roof tile made from old car tyres, getting quotes for I beams for roof and so on and hopefully getting the scaffolding up ready for floor beams to go on.  Talking of floor beams the one I broke last week is going to cost £80 in delivery costs and then they will only delivery when they happen to be in the area....looks like a hire van and a trip to Bristol is on the cards.....
