Late 1997 - See site for first time and reject it

September 1999 - Buy site

March 2001 - Planning permission for house submitted

June 2001 - Permission granted followed by lots of work on the 12 conditions applied to the permission

March 2002 - Planning permission for barn conversion made

July 2002 - Permission granted

September 2002 - Planning permission made for basement under house

October 2002 - Permission granted

October 2002 -Amendment to barn application to include basement made and granted.
