Much more visible progress this week.

The drainage for the spetic tank is now done and a whole lots of piles of earth and rock have been move from the main area of the site.  We've also finished the back filling of the retaining wall behind the house as well as repairing the track from where 2 trucks slipped off this week into the mud at the side!  Good job we have a machine on site at the moment to pull them out.

Internally we spent most of the week on electrics - we can now run all of the ground floor lights as well as the first floor lights, plumbing in what is now known as the pipe room or brewery - in the basement where the water pipes enter the house, the heat pump and thermal store are sited as well as the controls for the sprinkler system.

Oh and we did some painting and skirting and so on.  Getting there but still seems like a huge mountain to scale.....
